5. Donations and Giving
Donations made through Emnet Bridge are processed by our payment partners and settle directly with the receiving church. Refund requests are handled by the receiving church in accordance with its own policies and applicable law.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered.
